Meet Our Staff
Dr. Stacy Kaiser has her license to practice medicine and surgery in the state of Wisconsin. Following her graduation from the University of Minnesota with a Chemical Engineering degree she decided to continue her education in a warmer climate. It was in San Antonio where she received her Doctorate in Medicine. She graduated with honors at The University Of Texas Health Science Center. She received her top choice for residency at the Milwaukee College of Medicine at Froedtert. She has a strong sense of treating the whole person. She loves having the ability through modern technology to supplement and bring out a natural beauty from in each of her clients. She is certified in many laser procedures including skin rejuvenation, vein and hair removal, as well as botox and fillers. She is also excited about the new procedure allowing ultrasound guided facelifts and would love to have the chance to talk about Ultherapy. She also believes in and encourages healthy lifestyles as well as daily proper skin care to get the best possible outcome of every intervention. She is currently living in Windlake with her son and yellow lab, enjoying many of the benefits the area has to offer including fishing, boating, biking, and running. Dr. Kaiser is excited to be working at her new office in Burlington.
Donna Chase-Rohde
Donna brings over 19 years of experience in business management and development, as well as her savvy entrepreneurial spirit to A Younger You. Her background includes running a multi-million dollar retail establishment as well as spending several years as the principal buyer for a multi-million dollar fabric wholesale company based in Dallas, TX. She then fulfilled her lifelong dream of owning of her own interior design/ custom home building company in Dallas, TX. Donna's focus is always on the client. To
achieve this, she spends a great deal of time with each client, discussing just what it is they want and need and what kind of results they hope to achieve. Whether it be skincare, Ulthera or I-Lipo, she spends time to be sure each client is fully educated on
the procedure they want to pursue. Donna was born and raised in Southern Wisconsin. After living in Texas for 20 + years, she recently relocated back to Wisconsin to be closer to family. In her free time she enjoys cooking, wine tastings and time with her family. Donna has three beautiful children and currently resides in Antioch, IL.
Andrea M. Stubbs
Andrea, a Milwaukee native, is an Aesthetician and i-Lipo technician at the Burlington and Brookfield locations. She now shares her life with her husband and 3 children in the Lake Geneva area. She spends her free time outdoors or experimenting in her kitchen. She and her husband also share their love of riding motorcycles
Jacquelin M. Vaa
Jacqueline M. Vaa received her licensure and certification from Lakeside School of Massage Therapy in Milwaukee, WI; 2012. Jacque (as she is affectionately called) brings freshness to 'A Younger You' Med Spa and is enthusiastic to build her practice.
Jacque practices with personal and professional integrity by giving respectful care to all individuals. Customers have often commented on Jacque's attentiveness to their expressed needs and her ability to effectively provide an individualized treatment plan. As a Massage therapist, she strives to develop special relationships with her clients and to offer a unique approach for her clients to take full advantage of health and wellness. Her thoroughness and dedication to her clients is unsurpassed. As a qualified practitioner, she can help provide relief and improvement in well-being via techniques in Western (Swedish) massage; sports massage; myotherapy/trigger point massage; myofascial release; deep tissue massage; cranio-sacral therapy; and reflexology. Jacque's training also included massage safety, emergency management and client counseling.
Jacque's southern accent is undeniable and stems from her Georgia roots; however, she is now happily settled in Waterford, WI with her husband and her three children. When not working or caring for her children, Jacque enjoys Zumba, decorating, and creative arts. Both she and her husband love to travel.
Nikki L. Getman
Nikki is an aesthetician, certified laser technician, and a licensed aesthetics instructor at the Aveda Institute. Her passion is in medical aesthetics and providing her clients with the best care possible. Nikki specializes in lasers, chemical peels, dermalplaning, and microdermabrasion. Her and her husband, along with their cat and 3 adopted dachshunds, have called the Burlington area home for the last 10 years. Her hobbies include camping, attending concerts, and participating in local ceramics and
art classes.
Heather Rainer
I am Heather Rainer, a nationally certified/ state liscensed massage therapist. I graduated from the Wisconsin Institute Of Natural Wellness in July of 2005, where I participated in a nine month intensive massage program consisting of 705 hours. I specialize in Swedish massage and Therapeutic massage. While attending the Wisconsin Institute of Natural Wellness, I studied other modalities and obtained a certification in Shiatsu level 1 and Reiki level 1. I have lived in the Burlington community for 10 years, where I have been raising 3 boys! I enjoy my work very much and look forward to establishing myself as your therapist.

Bree Walters
Bree has been in the skin care field since 2005. Bree is a full time aesthetician in our Brookfield location. Bree is nationally laser certified and a national laser safety officer. Her certifications are from Madison WI, and Scottsdale, AZ. She specializes in all skin types , treating an array of skin conditions, adult and teen acne, aging, sun damaged, sensitive and rosacea prone. She specializes in advance chemical peels, photo rejuvenation, Intensed Pulsed Light, microderm, laser hair removal. She also performs Ultherapy ( the only FDA approved non- invasive face-lift with ultra sound ). Certified to perform I-lipo ( a non surgical liposuction ).
Laura Drutowski-Heck
Laura has 20 plus years retail management experience in the jewelry and
optical industries. Laura's outgoing personality will help assist you
in making the appointments necessary for your service requests. Laura
was born and raised and currently resides in the suburbs of Milwaukee.
Laura is a huge Packer fan and bleeds green and gold. She has a 16 year
old daughter that she enjoys spending time vacationing and shopping
with. Laura is addicted to Zumba and also enjoys insanity and body pump
classes. Laura loves music and enjoys supporting local music.
Aja Aviles- Registered Nurse
Medical provider and Advanced Injector at A Younger You Medical Spa. Aja Aviles RN, was born and raised in Southeastern Wisconsin, and is a member of the American/Wisconsin Nurses Association and AWHONN. She received her Associate Degree in Nursing from Gateway Technical College in 2004. Aja's background includes Geriatrics and Obstetrics. Aja Aviles has received multiple advanced certifications through Advanced Aesthetics, including neuromodulators (Botox, Dysort, Xeomin), Dermal Fillers (Radiesse, Juvederm, Restylane, Belotero) and Sclerotherapy (Asclera, Glycerin). Aja also has expertice in removing small skin lesions and medical grade skin care. She received laser certification through Syneron/Thermage (Hair removal, IPL, ReFirme, VelaShape). This training qualifies her to provide the most advanced techniques in the practice of aesthetic medicine. Treatment received by her has been highly sought after for the past 5 years. With her training she is able to offer her clients the benefits of achieving a more youthful appearance in a safe and therapeutic environment. Aja is known for her supurb patient education and her artistic eye. Aja is an active member in her community as a Wild Root Co-op owner and is greatly anticipating a medical mission trip to Liberia with CHILD this winter.

Julie enjoys providing customer service to our clients at both our Burlington and Brookfield locations. She lives in North Prairie with her husband, son and two dogs. She enjoys gardening and DIY home improvement projects.
